Calculs propres basés sur la base de données de l'Institut pour le fédéralisme de l'Université de Fribourg (LexFind). Concordats 1848–2003: baseline chstat.ch/BADAC.

Methodology (concordats)

Computed signatory counting: each agreement counts once per signing canton — an agreement signed by 10 cantons counts 10, not 1. Signatories per agreement = cantons publishing the text in their collections ∪ cantons named in any language version's title (no official member lists exist). Computed purely from the source data — no scaling, no external baseline. chstat/BADAC's 2003 figure (2,522 memberships ≤2003) is a comparison reference only; the computed value is lower due to historical delisting (see the verification report).

Methodology (other instrument types)

One count per unique law (language versions deduplicated), by the canton publishing it, under its LexFind legal domain; years are enactment years.

SDMX

Agency SLC, version 1.0. Structures (codelists CL_CANTON, CL_DOMAIN, CL_INSTRUMENT_TYPE, DSDs and dataflows) plus data in SDMX-CSV and SDMX-ML 2.1 (generic). Aggregates are included under the SDMX reserved code _T: per-year canton totals, domain totals and grand totals (totals across all years = sum over TIME_PERIOD).
